Hi people! I just wanted y'all to share in my joy as I post my first ever finished digital comic strip! Art has always been a hobby of mine, and this is something I've been putting off for a long time. I hope I can continue.

This first strip serves as a set-up for the 2 protagonists.

A little about the strip: It will follow the adventures of Tom nd Chuck, 2 Asian Americans living the big city. Geekdome will be lampooned. Games will be bashed. Observational humor will be dished. Existential questions will be asked. In the end, will these 2 friends accept the gospel they keep hearing about?

Good Stuff! I know what you mean about putting off the hobby, I did the same thing with my 3D art, and now im hooked on it and love to work on it. Makes me wonder why i didnt start on it earlier.
 
Hey SlavidZee you should get with Sirius from the Editors Guild forum section and let him post your stuff on that site as well. It will get you just a bit more exposure...I think....
 
Thanks for the encouragement guys! I struggle with time, but hopefully this becomes something that I can do that is both fun and Christ-centered.

The next strip is almost inked, and awaiting photoshopping.

Taking suggestions, critiques and comments!
 
if you would like me to post up your comics along side phantoms i can do that on EG or you can just keep posting them on DA if you like.
 
Hey Sirius,
That would be cool. I'd love for you guys to have easy access for it. While it's not focused on gaming, videogames will be omnipresent throughout the strip. (Including the next one!) I'm trying to talk about christians and philosophy a little bit, while keeping it light. It won't be as regular a strip either. That's it.
