My Take on Leadership

Happy Easter Folks!

I came across this blog that points to 10 traits of Leadership by Major Dick Winters. For those of you who watched the HBO Series called "Band Of Brothers", this is the same Lt. Winters (later Major Winters) of that series.
This is 100% my take and style on Leadership. I hope that it is a blessing and an encouragement to anyone else who reads this post!

Excellent! I have the books referred to by the blogger and enjoy the reading and rereads of them. Whether or not we are in the position of leadership, these principles serve to guide us in whatever we are doing. I am not a Marine, but their motto, "Sempre Fidelis", come to mind: "Ever Faithful." I am sure Major Winters would concur.
