net radio

I was just talking to a lot of people lately about net radios, and I thought it would be so cool if you guys made one. Like you can play christian music and have requests for anyone who has a big christian cd collection i think itd be awesome. I dont know a lot about net radios just I know about shoutcast and thought itd be cool to have like a toj radio with christian music and all. dunno if anyone would wanna do it but its just a thought
(p.s. I dont know a ton about them so dont ask)

This would be the third person and the third time that this has come up. I know enuogh to run and maintain a shoutcast server. We came to the consesus that there are emough *quality* stations out there. So, we decided to make it a CGA talk show with some music of course. This is where we stand now. No equipment, no people, and no motivation.

Ah-yup.

I actually downloaded the server files and such, but there wasn't enough interest to spend all the time it would have taken to configure the server. I still think it's an excellent idea, but to be honest, we're already short on staff for both the Christian Gamers Alliance and Tribe of Judah, so I'm not starting any new projects unless I have someone to help me from the start.

I hope this doesn't sound harsh; I just want to explain why we're not running with this idea--no matter how awesome it is--immediately.
