I am not the one who took the time to make this info available, I am just a really really REALLY good copy/paster! =D

A player named Nephandi came up with this very helpful info for new players:

10 Magic Boost = +0.8% damage
100 Magic Boost = +8% damage
500 Magic Boost = 40% damage

10 Physical Crit = 1.0% Crit Chance
100 Physical Crit = 10% Crit Chance
450 Physical Crit = 42% Crit Chance (soft cap at 450, diminishing returns to a total of 45% at 650)

10 Parry = 1.0% Parry Chance
100 Parry = 10% Parry Chance
500 Parry = 50% Parry Chance

Block and Evasion, same as Parry.

Accuracy is calculated in your hit/miss/block/parry/evade equation.

If you have 200 Accuracy fighting someone with 200 Parry it would be as if they had 0. This seems to benefit Rangers and Assassins mostly.

+Attack Manastones raise the Max and Min damage of your weapon by a flat value. Most players prefer to use other stones.

For PVP there are level factors as well for Accuracy against the player. If I gave you the formula it would kill your brain but its obvious if you fight someone much higher level they will block or absorb much more then someone equal or lesser.

And if you hadn't noticed, Parry = 75% reduction in damage, Block = 90%(unconfirmed) reduction and Evade (Dodge) is a 100% reduction. I may try a Crit/Evade build on my China Chanter and see how that fares.
