Organizing groups for instances/rifts

Hey guys,
Now that there are a number of us getting multiple lvl 30's (shawn has 20 lvl 30's I believe :p ) and some of us have mid 40 toons, maybe we should have sort of calendar of events or something to organize when we do instances. I love grouping with legion mates but when we all have different timers on for instances its hard to do it together. Thoughts?
 
Go away for a few days and the forums go active....maybe I should take more breaks?

I suppose the best thing is if we each post when the best time is for us. An see if we can find a common denominator.

Mon - Wed, Fri:
7pm - 11pm

Thur: 10pm - 12pm

Sat & Sun: 1pm - whenever
 
For me to do an instance unhindered it has to be after 9pm (MST: I think that is -7) on weekdays. Saturdays and Sundays are crap shoots.
 
I don't have a lvl 30 yet, but I'm typically on for an hour or so during the day. I'm never on at the same time. Buuuut ... if there were an event, I would try my best to get on.

Drat, I was hoping for a weekend group as well. Anyway, I think that's about 11pm my time. Which is do-able.

Shawn is taking some certification course at his job. So he won't be around this week.

Can you give a ballpark figure for times? Like what's the latest you can stay up too, and your time zone?

I'm usually on in the morning around 8-11am MST, and afternoons around 2-4pm MST. I have insomnia and staying up super late screws up my sleep cycle. But I could do until 11pm.
 
I can do weekend nights (as well as week day nights) mostly, but weekend days are hard with two kids under two running around. If there was some sort of monthly calendar of what we try to do when that would be best:

ex:
June 7th 8pm MST - FT lvls 30-33
June 7th 10 pm MST - FT lvls 33-37
June 13th 9pm MST - TG lvls 25-28
etc, etc

If you can make it great if not then maybe next time. It gives us some idea of when we can work around to meet together to do instances together. This way you can do some pugs in between but have your timer good to go on scheduled days. Some days maybe only a couple of us can group together or all of us, or none of us. This just gives us a time to meet for a specific run/ rift. Also to make it work we would need to know what toons everyone has at what lvls. This format worked great in a guild I was with in LOTRO, however that guild had 30 plus active members with many alts.

I can usually be on after 7pm MST most weeknights. Weekends vary but I'm usually on at different times of the day.

Right now, I only have Doula, 23 cleric. When the transfers start happening, I'll have 32/33 Chanter, 32/33 SM, 30 Ranger, 26 Temp, 22 Glad, and 10 sorc.

Currently I'm available almost 24/7, unless I'm out helping somebody, and of course, Sunday mornings. When classes resume late August/early September, I'll be available weeknights and weekends, unless I decide to get a job somewhere.

Definitely looking forward to some adventure with <The Elect>! For those of you reading the forums, please make your way back to the game, and join in on the fun! 2.0 is scheduled to come out soon, and questing XP has picked up a bit, so leveling is going a bit smoother, for those of us stalling out on the daevonian armor.
 
Ok, this will probably be a little hit an miss. But to try an start things an get a feel at how everyone does seems the way to go.

Right now most everyone has a lvl 30. So FT is going to be our main instance and when we can, we will do the lower forts. I would expect an FT run to last around 1hr 30min - 2 hr, though we can get it done in about 45 if we just want to do a speed pass.

We're going to try an schedule 2 runs a week.

Thursday 10pm Eastern

Sunday - 10pm eastern

These seem the closest to universal times that we have. But can still be adjusted as we need. I won't be back till Wednesday. If you have any comments please post.
 
I'm pretty much free until the end of the month. The kids are spending part of the summer with grandma. Shawn and I have fellowship on Wednesdays at our church, we're out of pocket from 7pm-9:30ishpm. Shawn also have men's fellowship on Thursdays, depending on work schedule. My main character at the moment is Sidonia, 32 cleric.
