hey everybody...i'm not doing too good at the moment...I woke up this morning with extreme pain in my chest, it felt like it went straight through to my back...and i have felt really weak all day....the pain comes and goes - we will be going to the doctor tonight....
 
Well I didn't make it to the doctor last night, but I did go this morning. Come to find out I have been having deep muscle spasams in my back and chest which is why I am having the sharp pain. And since this has been going on all yesterday and last night and today - my body is basically exhausted from all the muscle spasams. So with rest and heavy duty anti-inflamatories and muscle relaxers I should be up and hopping in no time:)
