Plankeye has graciously donated some of his web space and bandwidth to host the patches for us.

It will be updated every Tuesday that there happens to be a patch during blizzards regular maintenance.

I've been stuck on uploading the patch at 10 seconds remaining for he last few minutes. Kind of reminds me of the Alterac Valley Queue.

The link above seems to be working fine to get the 1.61 to 1.7 patch stand alone installer.

This is great. The Blizzard Downloader always borks and I end up having to grab it from Xfire, but I get a much faster download from there.
 
Yea i was reading that and it hit me that all these posts happened a few months ago... lol

Odd, I just used the patch.zip on my wifes computer and it was fine

While I'm waiting, given that you posted less then 2 minutes after I said the patch is available, is it possible that you downloaded the incomplete upload in your haste?

Its taken me over 5 minutes to download this, and still have an anticpated 4.5 minutes. I suspect you were downloading while the file was still uploading. Will find out in 5 minutes
 
You arent downloading the file when it says that... thats the anticipated time until you are able to dl it.
 
I'm talking about the link in this thread. Livingbyfaith said he had an issue with the file, I'm just rechecking the download. Given that he posted 2 minutes after I said it was available and the download takes about 10 minutes, I suspect he was downloading the patch as I was still uploading it.
