Is a lot more fun than waiting for a flight that you aren't even sure you can board. Yet here I am, waiting... I'm supposed to take off tomorrow morning for a 10 or so hour flight. (Ambien is my best friend on flights like these. No Rum on military flights you see. I think the pilot is just hoarding it though.

I look foreward to seeing my wife and my wee daughter, and all of my friends in Redeemed too much to not be a wee bit impatient.
I won't be going on any trips for a while if I can help it. It gets to be physically and mentally taxing after a while. I was only home for three weeks after being gone for two months and then flew right back out for a month. So I have some leave comeing my way and have every intention of useing a good portion of it.
We'll see if they actually let me though, sometimes they tell me to suck it up. 
Anywho the countdown has begun and hopefully I'll be home soon.
