PvP Targeting info

What is the quickest way to target your opponet using the k-baord for pvp? I feel I die most of the time because I do not know this. Thanks for the help.

"t" will target the called unit.
"c" targets closest unit

Okay, is there a way to press a key and he attacks the unit unstead of me trying to be click happy while the guy is running around?
