I would like to play the new world but we worked really hard on the area we had and I would like to be able to have that to continue working on. Let me know if anyone gets a hold of the old file. I tried to dm bl as well..

Well, you could play here in the meantime.

We won't throw away this world to bring back the older one, even if I do get the files. I don't even know what mods bl was using. At best, we may be able to copy-and-paste your house into the new world.

That is possible via world edit, but it can screw up the world and look really weird.
