random FPS question...

i have been thinking about this... if you have a good gaming computer, (that i built myself) and it can handle playing SC2 on ultra everything, should it be? like, will that reduce the fps? or should my settings be on something else that'll help the game move...quicker?

If it runs smoothly on ultra. keep it that way. Plus, it will allow your computer to replace your heating unit.

If you're going into 4v4, may want to tone down the resolution a peg, but mine runs Ultra just fine, so if it's stuttering here and there, adjust the settings slightly.

i used to run on ultras, but i switched to high now. think it's smoother for me. but of course, it all depends on your computer.

a lot of the pros run their games in low settings thoughl; something about it being easier to spot things on the screen? not sure though.

however, setting the graphics on high/ultras, you will be able to see teh burrowed units if you look carefully.. at least that's what i've been hearing.
