RedeemedBank fund runs and donations!

Hey Guildys; we way overdue for bank fund runds; this is mostly done by 60s who zerg lower instances for shards, money, and items to be sent to support our bank such as mount money for guildys. We typically Zerg gnomer; Stockades;Shadowfang Keep, Uldman...your choice.

How is it done?

Before a party goes into the instance you each write down amount of money you have; when run is over subtract that amount from new amount and either mail it yourself or give to raid leader so the combined money and items can be mailed to Redeemedbank.

Remember we always need your support because you are what make the Redeemed bank possible; for those not 60 but wanna help; donate linen, silk, magewearve, runecloth moss agate, tigerseye, etc those things used for professions and skill up; we can make bags or send out to other guildys. Only send what you can spare; when you hit the higher lvls your gathering skills will improve considerably and then you can donate more IF you WANT too.

This is by NO WAY mandatory but VOLUNTEER and fits with our spirit of FELLOWSHIP!

I think tonight, given all the problems that may ocour with the new hardware, it would be a good day to zerg Stockades, Shadowfang keep and all four SM wings. Probably take two hours.

Sam missed an important step which is repairing:

1. Record money amount before instance
2. Zerg instance
3. Vendor trash items
4. Repair
5. Send difference between what you recorded in step 1 with what you currently have to the bank
6. Send any of the greens, blues and mats to the bank

And for a challenge, if you are level 60, see if you can clear stockades in 15 mins by yourself, no other class help.

I have some more stuff on the AH that I havnt been able to sell lately. I am going to donate a few more items to the bank. I know these items will be put to good use. I also think it might be a cool idea if each of the lvl 60's adopt a lowbie. Adopting a lowbie program might be able to help a certain person with items/coin/bags etc. It doesnt mean that we have to give them everything but at least be their mentor to help them with information or a time to time assistance on a quest or whatever. I would volunteer to adopt someone who has not played b4 or who is maybe new to the server and has no other characters of high level. Just a thought.

We should all already be doing that. It's a good way to minister to the new guild members also. Someone did it for me. I'll keep doing it for the new guild mates that are new to the game too.

I was thinking the same think GP.

I have even tried stockades. My hunter with 1 epic, the gun, can take out the stockads in half the time if not faster.

I am game to go, just don't know when i will be on again this week... ><

I can clear stocks solo in under 20 minutes, have been soloing stocks since 40 heh. For those that dont know Stocks is one of the best places to upgrade your skills when levelling, I have worked daggers, swords, maces, and unarmed all to 300 in the stocks(well technically unarmed is stuck at 299) Usually make about 4g for the trip as well selling all stuff to a vendor. I also equip my lowbies with BOEs this way

Stuff like this is also why I was wondering about making a Lowbie Bank for the guild, all the truly new people to playing that are lower level seem to get kinda bummed when we do giveaways and most stuff is 40-50+. Stocks is easy, also gets linen and wool for anyone that needs it and we can also clear SM solo if we wanted zerg run of a few 60s would be ultra fast, heck one mage and priest could annihilate most of the place in one mana pool

If we did more guild runs for money we could easily save a ton of greens for our lower level guildies, although organizing it may be hectic heh
