Something to think about..

I had made mention and it was thought of favorably in the after instance run last night. I would like to see a possible schedule set forth for those 55+ on running instances. Ex. Monday- Baron night. Tuesday-Scholo. Wed-LBRS etc.. This would give us a chance to work together as a team, provide us with better weapons/armor and keep it amongst the guild so to speak. Not saying anything written in stone, but if online and interested, then we'll group at a certain time and make the run.

I know I for one since lvl 55 have been nothing but a money making machine, running instances and farming, therfore i have alot of quests in those areas to also complete. Would be fun to see something like this instead of us always being spread out all over the place looking for pick up groups.

Take Care,

I have tried the schedule idea once. And in all fairness, this guild is made up of people all across the spectrum from casual to hardcore. From single people to working families. All with different schedules and demands on their time, from different time zones. And different goals in the game.

In the end, a semi set casual schedule just didn't work.

What we have gotten away from, and should move back towards is starting groups based on guildies first and picking up others if needed and joining pickups as a last resort. Doing more as a guild, and working more in guild only or guild mostly groups gets us working and fellowshiping together.

As for the loot, going guild only or mostly guild will keep us better geared and circumvent the greed you seem to find on the alliance side. For example, in a guild only group, if a pristine black diamond drops, there would be no problem with letting the paladin in the group have it for their epic mount quest, or mailing it to another paladin in the guild who is looking for one. The whole guild benefits from guild only runs.

How would you fairly distribute the loot to only the guild if other guy helped you guys get that loot. That makes me wonder how many people will come back to help us simply group or even raid with.

I think he meant it would make it easier to distrabute loot if it was a guild only group... meaning we wouldn't have any other pickups that would cause a problem over loot.
If other people join us on a raid of course they will get a fair chance at winning loot, but on guild only runs it is a lot easier to manage.

Edit: Wow in the time I read this post and commented GP already responded.
