Anyone know of a way to make TF2 actually utilize the CPU and CUDA on Nvidia graphic cards for the rendering of replays? and is there a way to make them do more than 23.976fps for the replays?
Okay, so figured out to do a movie from a recorded demo. First your record the demo. Then go back to the start screen for tf2, open up the console, type in sv_cheats 1 and then host_framerate 60 (or 30 if you want 30fps). Then type "startmovie name h264; playdemo name" (without the quotes, BUT WITH THE SEMICOLON). It should start making a movie then. Comes out to around 5 megabytes per second. Very slow, and still only uses at the most 20-22% of the processor "___".
IF wanna make replays then I'll just record the footage off the screen using my computer software. I like my replays to not stop every single time I die (WHICH IS A LOT), thank you.
