"Trek: Enterprise" to end in May [Source: CNN]

LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters) -- For the first time in 18 years, prime-time U.S. network television will be without a starship crew to "boldly go where no man has gone before."

"Star Trek: Enterprise," the latest incarnation of one of the most storied franchises in televised science-fiction history, will end its four-season run in May, broadcaster UPN said Wednesday.

I thought it was better then DS9. UPN killed Jake 2.0 now Enterprise. The only thing geeky left on UPN is Smallville. Have to see how long that last now too.

DS9 and Next Generation are my two favorites. The rest, meh, I could care less about. (especially voyager)

I can remember my Dad watching the first Star Trek(quityerlaughing!). I know I have seen every episode of that and Next Generation. The others were ok. DS9 was not bad. Voyager ? blah. Never watched Enterprise.

You do know they may have another star trek show soon...

Its starting that helms man, Sulu...from Star Trek, hes a Captain on his starship...

Ive seen every episode of Star Trek: TNG, DS9, and Voyager. I got bored since no good Sci-Fi shows, show up at my region.

Agreed.

It seems that Stargate is the new leading Sci-Fi show out there, the last couple years I've only enjoyed a few tv shows this being one of them. Also the new Battlestar Galactica stuff could turn out good, hard to tell so soon.

I really didn't care for enterprise at all I watched a few episodes and never went back.

To bad they canceled FarScape but the TV movie kinda made up for that because Farscape blew Enterprise out of the water.

I didn't care for the first season of Enterprise, but the show has gotten a lot better.

I agree though, Stargate SG1 & Atlantis are much better than Star Trek...and this is coming from a long-time trekkie!
