Although KHQ isn't an instance, We have a few guys that would like to go.
Once you reach the 37/38 mark you start getting quests for Kaidan Headquarters (KHQ).
This is also the area where you pick up your first 4,000 DP skill; also if you are needing Krall Molars for the run speed boots, great time to get them.
Great place for us to grind for a while with the double XP event going on.

We will be forming up at the Eltnen Observatory and starting the run at 10pm EDT. Please be ready to group up and head out at 10.
