DUde, it's an Undead riding a devilsaur on a laster mounted shark. The shark shot the octopus, the devilsaur ate him, and the undead canablized his remains.

I used to do that kind of gymnastics in the ol' paper D&D days ... add in surprise and backstabbing and it was like octuple damage (as per our very lax DM ... me...).
