Wireless Woes!

Aurgh! I have a wireless card, and every once in say 45 minutes I will get disconnected from the network, all my downloads will stop, and I have to restart them, and if I'm playing a game I'll most likely end up dropping out of the server because of it! Is there any way around this? Or should I just beg my dad to run a cord up to my room?

Dude! That's gotta be it! LOL, almost all of our phones are 2.4 ghz! it's a Linksys WMP54G I don't know what you mean by AP...

Oops... I found out that our phones are 5.8 ghz, I was wrong. And I'm pretty sure that our AP is this one http://www.linksys.com/product....rid=608

get wired or reinstall everyhthing and 2ndly get a download manager

my moms laptop was a netgear pcmia 54mb etc. from about 50 yards it does pretty well, my wireless hub sucks though lol
