Okay, so after a little more reading, I realized the Patron title achievement was overambitious, even for me. :p

So I took some time last night to run some quests in Outland (after exiting the portal to the Blasted Lands and being instantly killed by Horde, who then proceeded to camp the area) and snag a pet elekk.

EDIT: I'm getting ready to log in and see if I can run the Northrend Children's Week quests to pick up a Curious Wolvar Pup, too. :D
