Hey all, was an old Spirit of Elisha member a long way back...been waiting for GW2 a while! Basically quit GW and went Xbox for a long time, but now I'm back in. (...have 3 kids and full time job, so only see me later at night EST for a few hours) I have a couple of questions: 1)...

At the bottom right corner of some items or weapons there is a little gold star/cross/plus sign thingamajig...? Any ideas...couldn't find in Wiki :confused: (BTW, is it just me, or does it take a long time to increase a level after about 12 :eek: )

Just a quick question I could not find in a search. Do I need the PlayNC Launcher to run at startup? I am cleaning up my startup programs to speed up boot time, and this is one that it looks like I can turn off. Any reason not to...? Thanks - Matt
