True, on the release date. I'm thinking we will see some actual news this coming Blizzcon. I hope GW2 does well. They have spent a good deal of time and money to make it solid.

Yes but technically this is just encouraging people to pre-order a game. Since the game is not launched for at least a few months, there is nothing to recruit to?

I think the spirit of the law is that recruiting outside of ToJ/CGA is frowned upon. Encouraging others to try out other games and ToJ guilds/groups is fine if it's done in good taste.
