BF2 Vid Help Please

hi ,
i play BF2, &
i just installed my new Nvidia 6800 Ultra 256MB, Video Card.

i have a AMD 64, 2800Mhz CPU , w/ 1GB RAM.

Iy seems as if i run my BF2 settings, at HIGH or MEDIUM,
it works, BUT when i try to turn AROUND in the game,
it gets choppy.

WHAT can i run my BF2 Video settings at?

what do you run yours at?

WHAT Vid card do i need to run my BF2 graphics at HIGH?

If you want to run at high i suggest the greatest GForce Graphics card out there which will set you back i think $800 (so i wouldn't buy it) but personally i don't see a need for graphics to be set on high. I leave mine at medium and am satisfied.

I run an ATI Radeon 600xt (i think that is right i know the number is 600 though) and it runs just fine and i have no problems although i am all for ATI compared to GForce. So i can't give you an exact answer.

You shouldn't have any problems at all running it on high with that setup. The only thing that I would recommend you upgrading, if you feel you need a little extra, is going for more RAM. BF2 is RAM hungry. Also, make sure you don't have any unneeded apps running in the background. I always shutdown everything in Task Manager that I don't need to be running to maximize my resources for the game.
