Though the cgalliance.net has not been the primary domain used by the Christian Gamers Alliance for quite some time, I wanted to warn the community that cgalliance.net now leads to an advertisement. The domain has been purchased by a cyber-squatter.

"Cyber-squatters" are individuals or businesses who purchase domains for the express reason of forcing legitimate buyers to purchase the desired domain name at exorbitantly inflated prices. While this practice is the digital equivalent of extortion, there are currently no laws prohibiting the practice.

Fortunately, there are very few remnants of the cgalliance.net era of the Alliance. If you see any sites linking to cgalliance.net, please e-mail them, politely, and ask them to edit their links to point to cgalliance.org.
