The only nerf to rogues I am aware of is what happens when Darth Avesther walks on to the battle field.

I was under the impression that, when Darth Avesther walked out onto the battle field, all of the rogues confusedly looked at their honorable kills tab to find out why it had just suddenly incremented. Not exactly a nerf. More of a "working as intended"
