I just find it funny to say at 100 you cant do anything cool so why level it. You cant make epic goggles at 100 engineering either, or epic armor/weapons at 100 blacksmithing/leatherworking, so do you give up or do you level up to 375 and get the good stuff?

I have leveled many things-

tailoring, mining, enchanting, jewcrafting, first aid and fishing to name a few.

Fishing was by far the most tedious for me. Of course I most likely did it wrong. You see from 300 to 375 you average skilling up 1 in 12 sucessful catches. It does not matter where you are. So, if you do level up fishing do it in the barrens catching deviate fishes and save yourself lots of headaches.

Golden Darters make you super healer! +44 healing and +20spirit! But you knew that right? speed buff, lol!
