Controls (the only real problem with the game)

• Do not expect the controls to be anything like that of WoW, Lotro, or GWs. They are similar, but the game was designed to be played with a controller until they started testing the game in NA, and there was a major outcry for better keyboard and mouse support.

• IMO the best way past this problem...use a controller...the game has amazing controller support and makes for a very enjoyable gameplay experience...
• Keyboard controls as of Beta 3.

Beta Content (Lockdown!)

• The beta is currently under heavy lockdown, this includes the storyline missions, many zones and areas, a vast majority of the Guildleves, crafting recipes, and many other things such as skills and equipment.
• Some people have been “disappointed” by the “lack” of “content” in the beta, but just as Tanaka said, you are only seeing 10% of the game. And they are not planning giving us more than 15% (open beta) before release.
