Guild reward boa question

I started a gnome warrior, but he's only friendly with redeemed, because he's level 9. There's a good deal of guild reward boa items, but you must need to be honored or better to buy. If I buy these items on a toon that's honored, can I mail them and use them on a toon that isn't?

The requirement is only for the purchase of the items, so the answer is yes.

Yes you can. You can even buy them on a character in another guild, and send them anywhere.
