In need of serious prayer...please :(

Lately I've been having these thoughts that are not my own. These thoughts have been things that I know I would NEVER even consider thinking or anything otherwise, and I really really need some prayer. I don't feel like I can talk to anyone close to me without it being understood completely backwards, and it being spread amongst all the people I know as some backwards story.

I know I'm not alone, because I know God is with me, however I just seriously need some prayer....please. Thank you guys for your time .

In addition to offering prayer, I also strongly encourage you to see a doctor and share your story with him or her. There are a number of causes for the troubles you're describing and some of them are at least partially physical.
