Item Remodelling (changing the look of your armor)

In Sanctum - Elyos Square - there is a npc named Laokones
(if you head South towards the purple room on the map, towards the Airship Dock)

He will remodel the look of your armor for a small fee.

The item you want to copy will be destroyed in order to take
the model and copy it to the item that you intend to keep.

This is such an awesome feature. I believe it is for lvl 30+ only however.

Basically you can design your favorite look of armor and weapons and keep it forever! (if you like) Then when you earn upgrades, you can keep the look but upgrade the stats! How sick is that?!?!
