Joining Guild

Hi all, I was just wondering, what all do I need to do to join the guild? I read the sticky and I am 16... but I have been in a ToJ guild in Guild Wars, so if I understood everything that means I don't have to have a parent/guardian/older family member playing, right?
 
Are you ashamed of me?...lol. You do have a parent that plays. And I would like an invite to the guild as well please:)
