leveling question

So i'm gonna be back on around Thanksgiving, and I'm curious how the "rested" xp works in the xpac. Since I haven't played in like 4 months, and i've been 70 for awhile, and its a new expansion, anyone speak from experience whether or not i will have racked up any rested xp. I'm hoping to level as speed, and was talking to a buddy about this for a bit, and i'm a little confused, because he ways there's no way.
Any of you with all of the 70 alts...is there any luck?

well, you don't have to *download* it for xp...if you just register your key on the site you should start collecting it; get the dvd...update the account...come play after tgiving
