They need to know how to operate and maintain server plugins/software.

Hmm since you said you could help out the leader right? how much about plug-ins do you know?

I have pretty good knowledge of running it under linux CLI and transferring plugins around, but I'm not sure I'd have the ample time to dedicate to it. I already have several other projects going on atm. :/
