I have been working so much and haven't even been on.
Blsimpson and I built a mall right outside TOJ Starter town on the Psalms map. If that map is up, then the answer is yes. If not, then no.

Psalms is up, and the mall is there, in ToJ Station, but I think it will need to get re-worked.. Essentials uses signs to sell things, no chests.
We may be able to find a shop that uses chests, if its agree upon, and approved by Bascom.. If we continue to use the signs, the glass in the building will need to be replaced, so people can place signs..

We can replace the glass with a row of lapis to place the signs on. No sense messing with what is working.
If I get a chance today, I'll hop on and put a box of lapis there so people can break the glass and place lapis where their want their sign
