After some quick revisions, I've posted the Message of the Day (motd.txt) file that MechMykl so kindly coded for us.

ALL users now see the server rules when they enter the server. Now we can be a bit stricter (more strict?) when moderating the server.

Well, without further ado, here's the text of motd.txt:

He he, thnx for credit, I dont know why it added 4 extra &lt;/font&gt; tags, but oh well, it works.
 
I modified the one that was just recently put up. Take a look and see if everything is okay as far as formatting and spacing and scrolling.

Whats different? I havent been able to play cs yet this week because of school

Well, I basically modified a little of everything...lol! Mainly font type and size, and some of the wording. Added two seperate "Leader" and "Admin" lists as well as added a link on how to get a hold of each of them. Just moved some stuff around.

You did a great job, but I just modified it a bit. I liked how you included that ToJ image at the top!

No problem, I had the text on Verndanda or however it's spelled and size 2 but the code messed up in game so I took it out. Also, I suggest you DO NOT add links into the motd. They dont work. Also, the image is from you site i just took out the background and made it transparent:p
