New Steambans requirement

Steambans has just made a new requirement to record hackers to submit to them ... find the info here:

Make sure you change any scripts that you have made to autmatically run the commands. You can ONLY submit cheaters that are playing on a Steambans protected server because the sb_status command is only for Steambans, it didn't come with Steam (CS).
