Here is a link to an Orbituary Achievement run - Flame Leviathan All 4 towers up.
Each tower left alive from Hard Mode will increase Flame Leviathan's health by 50% (each is multiplicative with each other upto 88million for all 4 towers), in addition to buffs and debuffs per individual tower:
Tower of Storms (Thorim's Hammer) – Boosts Flame Leviathan's Physical Damage by 25%. Shortly after the fight starts, Flame Leviathan will activate Thorim's Hammer. Thorim's Hammer causes pillars of light to appear and shortly afterward do around 10% (150k or so) damage to any targets under the beam along with a 1% damage AOE to all vehicles. Total of about 20 Beams. Flame Leviathan will activate this only once.
Tower of Flames (Mimiron's Inferno) – Boosts Flame Leviathan's Fire Damage by 50%. Shortly after the fight starts, Flame Leviathan will activate Mimiron's Inferno. Mimiron's Inferno causes fiery orbs to fall from the sky in a slowly set path. Orbs start where Flame Leviathan entered the room and continues in a clockwise direction in a diamond formation. Orb strikes deals fire damage to all nearby enemies, leave behind a flaming blaze that deal damage over time when touched. Effect lasts for the entire fight.
Tower of Frost (Hodir's Fury) – Shortly after the fight starts, Flame Leviathan will activate Hodir's Fury. Hodir's Fury causes several White-Teal beams to appear and follow players around. The beam itself does no damage but after it stops moving on top of a vehicle, it will call down a ball of frost that deals frost damage to all nearby enemies and entombing them in ice where they take an additional 1% damage per second. Ice is broken by a fire attack. Effect lasts for the entire fight.
Tower of Life (Freya's Ward) – Decreases Fire Damage dealt to Flame Leviathan by 10%. Shortly after the fight starts, Flame Leviathan will activate Freya's Ward. Freya's Ward spawns a green beam of light in each corner of the room. Plant adds will emerge from these beams throughout the fight and assist Flame Leviathan in dealing damage to player vehicles. There are two types of adds.
Ward of Life - larger elemental that is the height of flame leviathan. One of these will spawn from each corner with each wave. Normal: 317,000 HP. Heroic: 630,000 HP.
Writhing Lasher - smaller elemental, about the height of a salvage Demolisher or Siege Engine. Three to five of these will spawn from each corner with each wave. Normal: 64,260 HP. Heroic: 190,260 HP.

How we set it up: 2 demolisher's, 1 bike and two siege engines
1 demolisher is the main dps'er. Driver keeps the demolisher up by keeping it out of the beams and fire as best they can and keep 10 stacks of pyrite up on FL at all time. Passenger of this Demo picks up pyrite canisters, shoots them down when they can, speed boosts when FL has them on follow, kills adds when on the Demo (The POV of the video is from the passenger of this demo)
1 demolisher is second dps'er. Diver keeps the demolisher up the same as the first. But has the responsibility of shooting the passenger onto FL. The passenger of this demo does the same as the first but when it is their turn to take down the FL towers, the get shot up to do so. The passenger(s) of this demo have to be the top DPSers.
Only 1 bike. 1 rider and 1 passenger to start the fight. The bike driver stays beside demo 2 as much as possible. As soon as the passenger from demo 2 is shot up onto FL, the passenger of the bike must transfer to the passenger of Demo 2, which means the biker must be within range of demo 2 so the passenger can switch vehicles without actually getting out of the bike (the transfer is possible). The new passenger of demo 2 resumes the responsibilities of a demo passenger until they get shot up. Then the biker picks up the DPS that was on the FL when the FL shuts down. Then when the new passenger of demo is shot onto FL, the passenger in the bike that was just picked up swaps over to the demo so there is always a passenger in the demo.
Siege engines: Drivers interrupt FL's vent and do ramming dps on the FL and try and keep adds off demo's. They keep out of all the damage like a demo driver does. And Siege engine passengers shoot down pyrite the whole fight.
Everybody should make sure regardless of their roles that they do some damage to the FL. If you only ever shoot down pyrite, make sure once in awhile to hit the FL or you will not get on the loot master table.
