List Of Commands:
/info - This allows you to see information about the server. /<command> <page number/chapter>
/msg - This allows you to private message another player. /<command> <player> <message>
/r - Quickly reply to the last player to message you. /<command> <message>
/rules - Displays the rules. /<command> <page number>
/motd - Displays the motd (Message of the Day). /<command>
/me - Allows you to emote. /<command> <emote message>
/list - Lists the players online and how many slots are left. /<command>
/mail - Allows you to send & receive mail. /<command> <read|clear|send [player] [message]>

Plugin List:
Essentials : Essentials offers about 100 commands useful on just about every server, from /who to mob spawning.
HeroicDeath : Player Death Notification Plugin.
Lockette : The sign-based container and door lock.
Permissions : Allows commands to be given to certain players.
Prefixer : Allows admins to add a prefix to a player such as [Farmer], etc.
WorldBorder : Allows for a Invisible border/wall to stop players from over expanding a world.
