I was going to rez my account. But, my authenticator was on my last phone which I deleted when I gave it to my daughter.

Now, it won't work and the Bliz told me to call them.

Wait time 48 minutes. No thanks...

Any work arounds?
 
yea... i had to sit on the phone for an hr 1 time just to get my account active again. Cursed hackers.

I had the same issue when I got my iphone stolen, when I called, their customer service answered almost right away. I called around 10:30 PM in Beijing, I think that's when Blizz reps start their day, you can try figure out what time they start and call them then, you'll get someone to answer the phone right away, then just answer your security question to remove the old authenticator.
 
If you call Blizzard, my Company will record your phone call... Doesn't help you, but it's true.
