You can get to the loading screen and the bar will fill up all the way to the end, but you won't get anywhere.

This actually happened to me the other day. Thought it was just my connection. I think it was Friday during like noon-ish or so. Was in an AV and it wouldn't let any of us rez, afk out, or even declare a winner cuz the bulk of us were dead and couldn't do anything about it. It made me sad. =(
