I know that there was a Weekend Beta from the 11th to the 13th this month, but Grey sent me this link which makes me think there is another beta before launch...

Yes, there will be. That's the one I referred to in the thread about the final beta weekend. Bioware announced it on Friday and said that they are inviting a bunch of people via codes from other sites in addition to all the people who signed up for beta testing before November 11.
