I'd post here first and see if anyone can respond for my issue. If not, the only 2 options I can do is call my ISP and ask for help from Blizzard's Techs.
Just started to play Diablo 2: LoD, it has been so long since I played and I figured, since I'm playing Starcraft: BW, might as well play it too.
The internet connection with D2: LoD kills me, I'd curse contuniously, no offense.
I have put in the exact numbers from both my router firewall and windows firewall listed below.

And I have done most of the steps listed on the link below (Except for the last 2; don't use AOL and an inquiry would be a 3rd option if my ISP cannot find the problem).

I have done Trace Route and it has shown me its timed out on the 2nd hop out of 9 hops. Ping shows 98ms which should be right since I am from the West.
I have tested with the modem alone and with the router. Using the modem is much, much worse than using the router. The lag, the stalls, ugh! The router actually reduces the lag and stalls! Though, I could never play it over 2 hours, it would keep disconnecting me and then I would have to try to connect later.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, however, stick to this thread!
