I have changed the Religious Discussions section of the CGA forums around. There are now 4 forums instead of 3. The categories are
Devotion - Currently under review for 2007
Bible Study - Focused discussion on Biblical Topics and continued discussion on the bi-weekly Bible studies (to resume in January)
Seasonal - Bible studies based on holidays, etc (Advent, Lent, Halloween...)
What does God say about... - Looking at Biblical responses to current issues facing fellow believers.
I am excited about the possibilities in the new sections.
Because of the changes that have been recently made, I am looking to recruit volunteers to help with the What does God say about.... section. This does not need to be a long term commitment. I would like to form a group of members, well-established in the Faith, that can provide answers to various topics. The members of this group will have the option to provide a one time answer or to participate on a regular basis. The only requirement is that once a topic is assigned to a specific person, that that person follows it through to the end.
If anyone is interested in volunteering for the What does God say about... section or would like to act as a facilitator in the Bible Study section, please PM me. In the PM, please include a description of yourself and your qualifications for the position.
In addition, if there any questions, please feel free to ask. I will provide some additional comments in the new forums that have been created.
