There are two little boys weighing heavy on my heart.
These two little boys - ages 5 and 10 have a brain tumor, or multiple brain tumors. One is definately cancer, the other they are not yet sure.
The 5 year old little boy has already had two surgeries - the first surgery removed about 90% of the tumor from his brain, unfortunately the cancer spread before they could get it all....it spread to his spine and he has had two vertebrae discs replaced with titanium plates/rods. He is recovering from that surgery then he will have 6 weeks of radiation, after which he will return home for a month and then undergo 5-6 months of chemotheraphy. His name is Jarrod. We are currently arranging for people to donate blood to his 'blood' account.
The other little boy is 10 years old - he started having headaches - went in for testing and they confirmed that he has a brain tumor - his first surgery will be next Wednesday. This little boy attends the school that I work for - the teacher is going to move up the end of the school year party to Tuesday as that will be his last day. His name is Jose.
So the long and the short of it - these two little boys and their families are in need of some serious prayers...
