WHat is the guild going to do?

With forced servers being implemented what is the guild going to do just wondering i havent read all the press on it, i do know that is the plan, is it just by region IE USA/Europe/Asia, or is it bases off of region and number.

My understanding is at launch if you are in America you will have to play on a US server, But you can choose either east or west, though they suggest you play at the closest.
If you are in Europe, Asia, Middle East, ect, you will have your own server but at some undisclosed time after launch they will make it possible for anyone to join any server they want.
