Amazon has a bit of a convoluted way to get your codes, but they are there! You can't use the search bar for My Media Library or you don't get the correct tabs.
Hard to explain but when your in the area of your account that has option listed on the right scrolling down in orange, click on my media library from that selection.
At the top you'll see things like home, your collection, explore and 'Downloads'= click on downloads I hit all and up came my warhammer codes (This has only taken me about an hour to finally find after numerous times telling me I didn't have an order)
Don't try to go back in a 2nd time as it doesn't seem to let you, so make sure you print 1st time.
