Ready to test out your new abilities???

Avesther and myself have been discussing possibly putting together an Onyxia run, for those who wish to attend, this Friday night. It would be an opportunity to see just how much leveling\gear\new talents are changing the face of our game.

Why Onyxia you ask?

1. We've done it before successfully, so it gives us something to measure our new abilities by.
2. Some people still crave the T2 helms, as they can still rival the blue gear that drops in parts of BC at earlier levels.
3. Time restraint. Ony takes only about 30 mins.-1 hr. at best when run successfully, so for those leveling\questing\exploring BC content or otherwise you won't be out much time.
4. To help those unable to play BC, yet still wish to be a part of the relationship between the two guilds.
5. For all out FUN!

I wouldn't mind going to Ony for the first time, the only problem is I am not quite attuned yet, I still need to finish the last part of attunment in UBRS, so if some people can help me do that on friday before the run I can come, I even have some FR gear.

There is a sign up here. Please sign up just so we can see how its shaping up. We've been successful taking Onyxia down with 30 and we will go for it even if only 25 people show up.

I'd love to go, depending on what time the run is. I've still never been there, though I am attuned.

Sign ups page says invites at 5:30pm Server time and 6pm Server time start. This means I won't be able to go. Oh well. RL & being social > WoW.

Ok, so a few people mentioned its too early (I don't know why, Friday night raids used to start earlier), if we bumped it to say 7pm server, would that have a bigger draw for people?

cheeseo -- you probably shouldn't sign up if you haven't yet gotten attunement. And I suggest that you try to get attuned before Friday. A full UBRS run can take quite a lot of time and you might get abandoned when your teammates are 30 minutes late to Ony and you're not close to finishing...

That said, I'm up for an UBRS run perhaps on Thursday. If you see me on and you need a healer in your group, just let me know and I'll come if I'm free.

I kinda already put myself in the queue for Ony, I will sign up for real if I can manage to get a full attunment run in on friday before it starts. I would try to do it before friday but I am not allowed to play...at all. So here's to hoping I get attuned before it starts.
