The unreal series is usually released mac/linux/winderz. Also Quake Wars: Enemy Territory will have all 3 I think (I know a linux version is coming out, I haven't checked lately).
id Games and Epic usually treat Mac and Linux users pretty well.
Valve, on the other hand, slaps them in the face and laughs as they bleed.

Actually valve is thinking about releasing linux versions, of course that will likely never happen because they use directx. For the most part their games run very well in linux (mainly because there are so many people working to make them work decently though).
