Haha Thanks you guys. You posted on the right day so technically it's not belated. =P

I won't actually be really celebrating until the weekend. Silly thing called work, you know. I spent my birthday night baking a cake for my friend who's birthday is Sunday and another cake for my boyfriend....just cuz. The way to a man's heart is definitely through his stomach. =P

I have most of a 12" circle cake from a Chinese bakery still in my fridge. I was actually too busy yesterday to have a piece of it. You're welcome to come over and have a slice....as long as you are in and out so I can get on the road to Penn State before it gets dark. =P

Plus I made 2 cakes last night for my trip up, a buttery cinnamon spice cake which will have powdered sugar and cinnamon syrup on top and a pumpkin cheesecake which cracked while it was cooling so I was sad.

Any of those sound good to you? =P
