Okay so I am behind the times I know...but I jumped onto the Steam bandwagon a few days ago and realized WOW, I need to watch my spending. LOL There are so many of the older games on there that I enjoyed that I can get again...so awesome!! Like the DoW original collection, or Empires (The older game) or well on and on it goes... :) SO AWESOME!

What you mean there are games other than Team Fortress 2 on Steam O.O!?!? :p
 
yeah TF2 as well :) I am more into the older style RTS and RPGS...so I like the fact I can go back a bit and pick some of the older ones. :)

Some games have DRM so you will need to watch your activation limits. But other then that it is pretty awesome as you can redownload games at any point in time. I have lost so many games because my parents keep throwing stuff into drawers then wonder why I get mad when all the disks are scratched useless, expansion cards lost capacitors and adapters missing when you need them most...

Please never mention the following games with the excellent Fallout series;

Fallout: Tactics
Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel

Or the up and coming Fallout MMOG...I hate MMORPGs and MMOGs with a passion...except Guild Wars...but thats because I only have to buy it once...not pay $15 a month.
