Wow what a great Dev response. This brought great excitement because i was one who thought the early beta modding was awesome and then felt they had gutted it to pointless. Turns out there was a philosophy at work (that was more then "hey lets make December launch") after all!

Speaking of "mods", does TOR have a plugin language so addons can be coded like for WoW? Ahh... Healbot, you made it nearly boring to heal.

Ok I really lightly skimmed that link but (rather than look it up I'll ask you guys) am I correct in assuming SWTOR allows you to customize the look, color, accessories, etc., of your weapons and armor? If true I must know can you in fact attack people with a pink lightsaber ?

There are no GUI mods allowed in TOR right now. It's not something set in stone forever though.

While you can do this to a degree yes, I am sad to report there are no pink options in the data mined so far from the beta client.
